Included in Spring Reset Cleanse

A four part cleanse, inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine and a whole food/ macrobiotic way of life, to align your body with the energy of spring, clear out winter stagnation and support the body with enlivening and rejuvenating the organs, particularly the Liver and Gallbladder.

The cleanse starts with a few days of eliminating toxic, harmful foods, a few days of a simple cleanse diet, followed by juicing and eating spring supportive vegetables, with minimal grain, and then we return to simple diet and finish by following the guidelines for the best foods to eat during spring. This is a whole plant food based journey of approximately 18 days (you are welcome to extend parts of the steps to be longer if you like). Suggested foods to eat at each phase and a spring shopping list.

Includes:

A step by step guide for each stage of cleanse.

Food buying suggestions.

A guided meditation for aligning to the energies of spring.

A meridian tapping class.

A yin yoga class with focus on Liver and Gallbladder meridians.

Also available:

Optional Personalized consultations available as add ons.

Wood Phase

In Traditional Chinese Medicine the five phases are energetically matched with different meridian systems and seasonal energies.

The spring season is aligned with the Liver and Gallbladder meridian systems which are responsible for the smooth flow of qi in the body.

Disharmony would look like frustration, impatience, stagnation, shoulder, neck and glute pain or stiffness.

Harmonious states would be a state of flow, easily executing plans, patience, ability to bring projects to life with ease.

Testimonials

I was able to make small changes to my dietary habits that had a big impact right away. They were easy to incorporate into my day to day, were easy to source and made noticeable differences.

Cedar Healing Arts has helped me redefine my relationship with food. As a result of Sonja’s knowledge, wisdom, and frankly just really really delicious recipes, I have come to understand that food is its own kind of medicine. I thought I got the concept of “healthy” and “unhealthy” food, but I never fully appreciated the abundance or complexity of this natural medicine that our planet produces. For something I spend multiple times a day EVERY day preparing or consuming, I gave very little thought to the purpose it was really serving me beyond “am I still hungry”.

I am still cultivating a long-term relationship with what I eat, but the things I choose to consume have dramatically changed since working with Sonja. The effects are clearly reflected in my improved digestion, clear skin (without medication), weight loss, joint-pain reduction, and more. I feel amazing, and look forward to continuing to learn!
